Ok I just started a road trip from miami to north carolina and I have my droid and my laptop however I don't have internet on the laptop. My question is is there a way that I can open pandora on the droid then use the micro usb or something to play the music through the speakers of the laptop because the laptop has good harman/kardon speakers.

I doubt you'll find anything to do what you're asking, but how are the speakers in the car? If your car stereo has an input jack you could plug your phone into that. I do that all the time.

If you have bluetooth on your labtop the droid can do stero bluetooth, as in it plays all audio to the connected device. If not, try the other suggestions.

Install PDANet. Connect the laptop to the DROID to get online. Go to the Pandora site on the laptop. Play the music from the laptop.

Male/male aux cable. Simply done... plug one end into your phone and the other into the mic jack on your laptop. Works perfectly on my Toshiba table PC, can't say that it will work with every brand but seems reasonable that it would be the same. Good luck!

that would be the way to do it aside from tethering

Are you guys kidding me? I'm playing audio through my laptop speakers from my Droid right now. I'm not sure if this is a new thing with the update but if you just plug in your Droid (don't mount it, just plug it in) and start up Pandora, a movie, or whatever the audio will come straight out of your computer speakers. Can anyone say, car dock? There's gotta be a way to integrate this with your car. If there is, then the iPhone's connector has just gotten way gay. The only reason I put up with it is because you can charge and send audio through it. But now I see that you can do that with the Droid's connector too, and guess what? It's a UNIVERSAL connection! Take that, iPhone! =)
