Hello,

My droid bionic won't keep rebooting. It always had a "no service" symbol (no bars with red circle with a slash through it), so the verizon rep told me to factory reset. I did. And now, after I've FR'd and the initial setup begins, it just sits at "Please wait.... this may take a few minutes." for about 3 minutes, and then just automatically reboots, I click "start" again, and then the whole thing begins all over again.

Things I have already tried:
* Pulling the battery
* Pulling the SD
* Pulling the SIM
* Booting without the SD
* Booting without the SIM (No idea how the hell this would even be considered a solution, but someone suggested it)
* Taking everything out and letting it sit for 1 hour to cool
* Holding both volume keys & power, booting into recovery mode. (I think the issue lies here, when I try, I get a picture with the android guy fallen over and a red ! triangle right above him. Freezes here. I imagine this means recovery mode isn't usable for me)

I don't really know where to go from here.
Any tips?
Thank you

Normally you have to again press and hold the power/volume button combination at this stage to fully enter recovery on some models/OEMs. Doesn't necessarily mean you have no recovery.
