Droid Command Center/Motorola Weather Widget

I'm about to buy the Droid 4, but I want to know if it comes with either of these widgets. I like the physical keyboard, but I'd rather have this widget. Don't call me crazy.

I just took a glance at my widgets and I do not have the command center. Not sure why though. Would someone else confirm?

Don't know if its to late, but I don't have either of those apps/widgets on my Droid4.

Also, I've never heard of the command widget thing.
