Droid file manager to transfer from internal to sd card?

Does anyone know of a really good app to transfer files from internal storage to my ad card? X-plore has been excellent, but now it isn't showing the files I want internally.

Note, my phone settings do not have this option to transfer, like others may. I have to reset my phone because explorer doesn't see the internal and external storage when I connect it to my computer via USB.

I want an app where I can transfer .
I have a Moto Z, through Verizon. The app shouldn't care about that as far as I know.

What version of android?
Please describe in great detail what x-plore is failing to do for you.

Total Commander gives you a dual screen in landscape mode (both source and destination, or any two folders you want), so it's easier.

(NEVER move files - copy them. Then, if the copy works, delete the original. A failed move can leave you with no file at all.)

Note that system files won't show in any file manager - unless the phone is rooted. If you're trying to move system files on an unrooted phone, you can't.
