I am a periodontist, over 40, own a 2007 BMW 330i and have a Droid Incredible 2 mobile phone. Both car and (replacement) phone are new to me. I have voice activated Bluetooth in the car and a Bluetooth app on my phone. My phone is synct to the car and I can send and receive calls, but can't upload my phone list to the car. This makes "hands free calling difficult. The only answer I get from BMW is to get another phone. I do not want to do that. Is there a Fix for this dilemma?

Frustrated!

Have you tried out Droid Incredible 2 subforums? They will be better able to help you there!

Oh and welcome to AC!

Hmmmm ............... I have a 2008 M5 with a Droid Razr Maxx HD. I've used my phone numerous times with the car, but JUST used CompanionLink to sync my MSOL to the Razr. Haven't tried using the Phonebook with the car yet. Will have to try it today.

OK, ............... I was out today with the M5 and, of course, the phone sync'd automatically as I had turned on the BT ahead of time. A screen popped up on the Nav system and asked if it could access the phonebook on the phone. I selected YES and the very next screen was the listing of my phone's phonebook. Instantly. So it does work on my Nav system. Your system I believe is the same system, Mark IV ......... right?
