Droid maxx boot loop and not charging?

[AC Question]

So I recently plugged in my droid maxi after 4 months of having it off. Left it charging over night and woke up to this - the phone was bootlooping and kept saying it's at 0%. Please help! The droid maxx is a VERY good phone, and I'd like to have it functional again. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
