Droid Mini Keeps Restarting, How Can I Stop This?

Droid Mini Keeps Restarting

Started at about five minute intervals suddenly, then I suppose there is one minute between now. I factory reset, and it continues to keep restarting. It spends more time on the large "M" symbol than when I powered on while it was behaving regularly. This is not only stressful, but I am unable to even use my phone any longer. If there is a solution anybody could suggest that would be very appreciated, because tasks tomorrow require the use of it. Like I said, I have a Droid Mini with Verizon for my carrier that I have bought just about a week ago.

Your battery is worn out or dead. Buy a new battery.

Once, my tab s also randomly restarts, but after replacing the battery, the random restarts is gone.
