droid or Incredible?

I currently have the eris and am not happy. Should I get a moto droid of ebay cheap, or get the Incredible. I have heard that the moto droid has a stronger radio signal. My buddy at work gets 5 bars while I get 2.
Help is greatly appreciated.

Here's a comparison that might help you decide. Personally, having come from the Droid, I think the Incredible is a far superior device. The user interface and the added HTC functionality is off the hook. Bars are not a good indicator of signal strength. Compare the dBm value instead.
