DROID RAZR MAXX will remain on Android 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean)

Yeah, not surprising. Oh well, I was planning on upgrading soon anyway!

Ditto. Honestly, I've been perfectly happy with JB and with the hardware of the Maxx any benefits from 4.4 would be fairly tame. I'm trying to hold off til next year hoping Moto springs a bigger battery in the successor to the Moto X. With the X's form factor, THAT would be sweet.

Agreed. I'll probably go for the Droid Maxx, unless something even more awesome gets introduced before then.

Probably the same issues as the Galaxy Nexus - TI OMAP support is basically gone.

Plus internal resources are either not there or working on updating the Moto X and the 2013 DROIDs (or working on the Moto G).
