Right now it is basically all rumor, just a name. No spec sheet or renderings or anything like that. If I were to guess it will be a slightly redesigned model with the physical buttons in the style of the old RAZR's (oe the flip phone) keys like we are seeing on the Droid 1, along with a small bump in processor speed up to 1.5 ,,, but this is complete speculation on my part.

I don't know if the MAX is going to be about minor changes, based on Moto's history and what they did to those poor Bionic users, it will probably be another leap forward instead of a step above the Razr. After all, the only phone that will beat the current Razr at this time would be another more powerful Razr.
