Droid to Bionic backup help please

I can't seem to find out how I would go about moving my contacts, movies, pics over to my Bionic from the Droid. Do I need to connect the Droid to a computer and backup?

Does anyone have a link o something explaining the process? I'm anxious to get my Bionic up and running but don't want to lose my contacts, movies and pics.

Your contacts will automatically show up once you add your gmail account and your pics and videos should be on your SD card.
