Android Central Question
Unfortunately a few weeks ago I had a tragic incident where the screen on my trusty 2 1/2 year old Droid Turbo's screen was cracked.
I ordered a refurbished Droid Turbo 2 on Ebay to replace it.
Close to home, where data signal never really used to be a problem, the Turbo 2 will lose connection (even though it shows a strong 4G signal). A reboot will fix the problem momentarily, but as soon as I go to a new area, it drops out again.
I'm going to try reinserting the SIM, but the few posts I've read say that it's a hardware problem with the SIM connection. Is this correct?
Anything else I can try before sending this phone back?
