Droid Turbo WiFi Delay

Does anyone else have this issue? When I am on WiFi (nearly all the time) and I open an app, any app that uses WiFi I get this (screenshot below) a little triangle that seems to mean my WiFi isn't working. Unfortunatley, my WiFi has no problems and is working fine. Is there any way to prevent this? Sometimes the it times out and after 2 or 3 minutes I have to try to reload a web address or page again and then the triangle will disappear and the page/app will load. Any help or insight is appreciated. Thanks.

The triangles are showing network activity. Down means receiving data, up means sending (or maybe it's vice versa?). You'll see them flash as data is requested and received.

It's perfectly normal and does not mean that it's not working.
