Droid X to Droid X2... few questions

My headphone jack stopped working on my DroidX that I've had brand new since launch, and because they're no longer selling the phone and it's out of stock at Verizon I'm being sent a refurb X2.

My 2 main questions are, will my apps work from my X from Titanium or will I have to go re-dl them all? And will the rom I was running work? I took a look at the mod forum and it looks like there is only 1 or 2 roms for the X2 and I really love the rom I'm running on my current X.

The X2 is a totally different phone. Different CPU/GPU. Apps will work. ROMs from the DX will not.

If it were me, I'd d/l my apps rather than restoring them from Titanium. It may be just me or the roms I was using but some apps seemed to run better if I re d/l after switching roms and I would guess they would after switching phones.
