Droid X, Rooted, GB 2.3.3...I've had this problem for the last week or so and can't seem to figure out why after a power down and back up it will go past the red ball and just sit there, never coming on. I can see the screen is at low light but nothing ever happens. I can then pull the battery, reinstall it, power up and everything seems okay. I don't really know when this started since I rarely turn the phone off. It seems any reboot I do does the same thing. Anybody else had this problem? The searches I found didn't seem to fit my problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Mark

That's a new one for me. I have no idea, I would just SBF and see if that works, what an annoying problem that would be.

If you have bootstrap, then I'd try erasing cache and delvik cache first. If that don't work then formatting data would be next. If that don't work then I'd just do a SBF.

I have the EXACT same problem. It drives me crazy. I really don't want to reload everything. Sure hope there is an easy fix for this.
