Droid X wont pull Facebook contacts?

I'm having a similar issue. First noticed it when I added someone to FB that I knew was a contact on my phone, and the pic didn't add... Through some fiddling with both the blur app and the android one, i somehow was able to get SOME of my contacts pictures updated, but not all...

Here's where my issue is different, I simply thought, "Hey, I'll just remove both and add one at a time and see which one is giving me the issue." But now in my accounts settings, I can't remove the blur facebook. I also noticed that the password had to be wrong because there weren't enough characters in the little dots, and remembered that I had changed it a while back. Also unable to change that. . . I just keep getting "An error has occurred. Please try again." for both instances... Does that mean I have to do a factory reset as well? And by factory reset, that means I need to document somewhere all the apps/etc and then replace them once reset?
