After following multiple forums regarding this very question the best answer I could give you would be: maybe this month, maybe sometime next month-

Over the weekend I spoke with VZW tech support regarding a BES (Blackberry) issue my company was having. I kept getting punted up the tech support ladder until I was handed off to this guy. He seemed quite knowledgable and while we were waiting for servers to reboot etc., we got to chatting about Android as I have been seriously considering getting one to replace my Berry. I asked him about the DX and the anticipated 2.2 release date for the X. I posted his response verbatum above: "maybe this month, maybe sometime next month"
