Drop box 50GB w sprint s3

So I have a sprint s3 and I activated my offer for the 50GB for 2 years yet my dropbox has not reflected that and Its been over a week. Is there other things that I need to do to claim my 50GB?

It should show you at 2 gigs currently but if you sign into drop box on the computer and do a couple tasks it'll bump you up to 50gigs+
