Dropbox pictures sync

I have a Dropbox account and currently all the pictures and movie taken with the Galaxy is sync, which is what I want. However, even the pictures that I delete right after being taken are included in the Dropbox sync.

Is there a way to do not backup pictures that are deleted?

Set dropbox to upload pics only on wifi and then turn off wifi when taking pics? Worst case just go in and delete from dropbox if they do get uploaded.
