Dropbox streaming issues

I seen this posted before but no resolve. When I try to steam video from my dropbox account I get an error message...
When it comes to streaming video on my HTC one from dropbox or from my phone to my TV via Xbox it's just error messages and it's pissing me off!! Please help

What carrier are you on? This was recently brought up with a T-Mobile customer and it seems TMO is limiting thruput of dropbox and TMO in regards to streaming.

I found a work around... Using a file explorer that links to dropbox such as esFile explorer it solves the problem by using this app to access your dropbox video files..
