Dropped phone - cracked screen

well it finally happened... dropped my phone and the screen cracked. :'(
Still works fine and you can barley even feel them while using the phone. It's just really annoying and I think it might get worse and stop working. So what are my options, besides getting a new phone.
I saw these type of things floating around

I don't mind getting my hands dirty and voiding warranty's.
