dropping 4G

I searched but couldn't find any answers....

I just got the Charge...and I notice that the phone drops 4G signal and stays on 3G. I could go to settings and change to CDMA and back to LTE and then it will connect. But will again drop to 3G.

Is this somewhat normal? Should I get my phone replaced?

Also, after some experimenting I'm wondering if wifi has anything to do with interfering with LTE signal?

It happens, more so the closer you get to the fringe of the 4G area. I work in the middle of New York City and was in Washington DC last week and notice it drop off every now and then... so it just happens.
