Android Central Question

Hi,
Much to my irritation my son unplugged our router to charge his tablet.
I did not notice until the next morning and plugged it back in. All of our devices are picking up wifi except my daughters phone which is a moto g4. my moto g5 is working fine. her phone works with no problem at other places its just at our house. Also my mothers ancient moto E also no longer picks up the wifi.
If anyone has any ideas I would be most grateful.

Have you removed the WiFi connection from their phones and re-added it? If they were added via the WIP button, these pairings are usually lost when the router reboots. You might also try to see if your WiFi channel set up is set to AUTO or try fixing it to a different channel (the phones not working might be having issues with a certain channel).

Troubleshooting wifi problems remotely is a hair-pulling job. You have to connect to the router (using one of the devices that works) and make sure that there are enough DHCP slots for all the devices you want to connect (it's usually defaulted to 253, so that shouldn't be a problem). Then start going through Troubleshooting Wi-Fi Connection Problems.
