Dual Apps

Any way to run one app on one side of the screen and another on the other? Kind like this https://market.android.com/details?id=com.mu.dualweb&feature=search_result but for example, gTalk on one side and web browsing on the other? One of my favorite things about a real computer..

The only thing I have see that is similar is the DualWeb browser, which lets you run two web pages side by side, but not two separate apps.
