Dual Boot S3 with Stock ICM and CM10?

So now that I have my S3 up and running and rooted etc.. I have been doing some reason and such and found that it is possible to dual boot the s3 with 2 different ROMs. There is a lot of things I like about CM10 (nightly) however it comes with its bugs etc. since its a nightly, I get that. I mainly like the stock ICM that came with my phone as it is more than stable.

My question is are there any guides on how to setup a dual boot with the Stock ICM and CM10 (preferably with a boot menu of some sort?)

Not for me. I just flash between a few different nandroids.
