Well, this indeed looks promising:
The dual-screened YotaPhone smartphone is just about ready to drop. This coolness comes from a Russian firm Yota Devices. Rumor has it that it'll hit the streets internationally before Christmas.
While its specs aren't all that glorious the concept can't help but be considered cool. On one side you have a 4.3" 360 x 640 ePaper 16-level greyscale display with a capacitive touchscreen. On the other side you've got a 4.3" 1280 x 768 capacitive multitouch LCD. On that ePaper side you can get notifications and other info. It stays on even if your battery runs outta juice. That's kinda slick.
The dual screens wrap around a 1.7Ghz dual-core CPU and 2gigs of RAM fed by 32gigs of storage. Not bad kit at all. You'd get the normal connectivity too: WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, and a GPS. A 13MP shooter is also included. This is all running atop JellyBean 4.2.2 and kept going by a 1800 mAh battery.
Notta on pricing just yet but this could be cool. I hope we see it in the states somehow.
