Dual SIM Issue

[Android Central Question]

I'm using 2 SIM. One is a local SIM and working. The other is international and although shows a signal, cannot send or receive SMS, or receive calls. If sending a SMS is shows Sent, but does not appear with the recipient?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone do you have? Depending on the phone, the 2nd SIM slot might have significant limitations in terms of connectivity (e.g., it might only work with 2G, which is a problem since many if not most 2G networks have been shut down throughout the world).

Can you show us how your sim manager is set-up with a screenshot just block personal information out.
