Dual sim phone on budget (£200, second hand)

Hello,
I am looking for a dual sim phone for work.

I already have Pixel XL for my personal use, which I love.

Requirements:
- dual sim functionality (at least standby)
- budget: ~200 GBP
- Android (the newer the better; the cleaner/similar to stock Android, the better)
- good battery life
- not crazily big screen (max 6'').
- USB-C strongly preferred (happy to pay extra for that)

Any thoughts on Huawei Honor 6X or Honor 8 Lite?

I will be buying second-hand in the UK.
