dual sim s7 wont use data from the card selected

I have a dual sim S7. i have a US T-Mobile sim in slot 2 and a Nicaragua Moviestar sim in slot 1

i have calls, text, and data set to the moviestar sim in slot 1 as the prefered sim card for those features. when i swipe from the top it shows calls and text are on sim1 but it shows data from sim 2 (even though its not selected in the settings)

I took it to the moviestar place and they couldnt help me.

I have played around with various settings. I am going to play around with just having one sim in the phone and see what happens.

when i take out the tmobile sim from slot 2 the phone seems to work fine.

anyone have any ideas?

spoke with samsung chat and they sai
