Dual Sim tray in single sim model?

I mistakenly bought a single sim S7 and wondered if it would support two sims if I got the dual Sim tray?

No, you can't do that.

It's not the tray that makes it Dual SIM, it's the antenna, and the terminals. There isn't any SIM terminal on the area for the second SIM in the non dual SIM model.
