I doubt this would work for a couple of reasons. One the system would have to map one mouse to, let's say, the left inputs and one to the right inputs. You would have to do that by assigning each USB port to a singular input type where as the system see each as a mouse and allows either to do what mice do. So you can probably move the mouse half way across the screen and then with the other move it the other half without interruption. Because it sees each as the same device. On the Microsoft Community web site I found your question and they say this,

Q. Can I connect and use multiple mice at the same time?...

A. Have you tried connecting them both at the same time? Did they work?

You may connect multiple mice to your computer and, yes both of them would work. But they would not work at the same time since there will be a conflict between the input.

The mouse that is moved first gets the input and will respond first. You can switch both the mice and you can use them one at a time.

You can find more answers with a quick online search.
If it could be done try YouTube. Someone has tried it.
Best wishes
