Just a question. Purchased the duo the other day from Microsoft to see if I wanted this since the price has dropped dramatically. Loving the phone at this price but I realize this is a very fragile phone.
Just curious to see your thoughts on purchasing the Microsoft Complete insurance for $199 for two years? Got the phone for $699 (256) so was just curious on your thoughts and if you did have to use it was your experience good or bad?
