First it was the watch 4 that was still under warranty when samsungs own update bricked my 4 month old watch. They would do NOTHING for me, including honor the warranty. They would not repair, replace or have anything to do with me except give me the run abound and I think it was $50 off a new watch. Fucking cunts. Their own website had a statement that watches were being bricked by their update. Unfortunately I was one of the many who had a bricked watch before any warnings, and even then, you'd have to check the samsung website.
Went apple for a while because of samsungs shittyness. Came back a few years later and still their **** sucks. My galaxy watch 7, almost from day one it seems(6 or so months ago), it has intermittently had the worst battery life. Like, a 8-10 hour from 100% to battery warning. Most times when I take my watch off the charger, it will begin to drain at 10% an hour no matter what I do or don't do. SO my watch lasts half the day before getting low battery warnings. On the rare occasions it works normally, it will maybe drop about 20% in a day and I can turn it off at night and get 3 days out of it. But fresh off the charger again it will very likely not last the day again.
Nothing has helped this. Samsung is useless and there are many other people with the same issue. Radio silence from samdung as always. I have no choice but to completely boycott samsung again. At least ive only bought a watch and phone from them since the watch 4 debacle. I've actively searched out any brand but samsung for anything from tvs to appliances. Such a scummy company. Unfortunately I am stuck with my s25+(which admittedly has been an awesome phone actually so far) but just ordered a oneplus watch 3 because of the great reviews and battery life. Pixel watch isn't my jam.
***So I hope this can be a warning to anyone else looking at samsung, and especially their watches. THey don't honor their warranty. Their watches are notoriously bad and buggy. Their customer support is abysmal at best.

EDIT: I also did the fresh security update last night and hoped they snuck in a fix. My watch was at 80% 2 hours off the charger again this morning.
