Duplicate Text notifications?

This is my first time owning a watch like this. Everytime I get a text and it vibrates I get a second notification about 5 second later. It almost seems like it is using two apps but I'm not seeing anything like that. Is this normal?

It's not normal. I only get one notification. It does sound like you have 2 running, but that shouldn't happen either since you have to select a default text app.

There are different vibration patterns to choose. The one currently running on your watch may have that pause as part of the pattern.

You may need to go into your notifications in general settings and view all, and turn off ones you don't want.
