Dust inside camera lens

Hi guys.
Purchased used phone from an unkown seller.
After 3 days of modest use, all I got is this on pics.
What could cause such an issue?
I am sure I am not only one.
And how would I resolve it?

If getting dust inside the camera maybe they did a repair there and wasn't properly done

Yeah the did repair on camera glass I think, but there were reports of same issue on other phones which never been repaired.

I think most likely the repair, I've had the Note 20u never ran into this or heard anyone else but I think I held on to that device for a year or maybe little more .
