dust inside main camera

Aw man, I just noticed a dust particle inside my HTC One VX camera. It's very noticeable and shows up on every shot. I think it's on the rear lens element or possibly sensor. It's not on the outside of the lens cover because I wiped it off.

I believe the camera unit is sealed, so there's no point to trying to open it or use a blower, right? I've had the camera about half a year, is there any warranty for this? (I bought it through Costco)
