DX issues

I have had several DX replacement phones with one common issue when I am streaming audio thru blue tooth A2DP profile it cuts in and out. This happens weather I am using Pandora over 3G or wifi and music loaded onto my sd card.

I have multiple A2DP devices including a Pioneer car stereo, Plantronics 260, Motorola S9 HD, Motorola EQ7 (speaker) and a Jabbra BT3030.

I also paired my sons BB Bold to the above devices and the music never cut out.

It's not a buffering pause, once it cuts out the song will pick up later into the track. This has happened as much as 4 times during 1 song recently. It's a bit of a pain when I am at the gym etc.

The EQ7 also has a standard audio jack on it. If I connect with this it does not cut out. I doubt if it's a range issue, the phone is usually within 2-3 feet of the BT receiver.

Anyone else having this issue or have any suggestions as to how to resolve it?

There isn't anything blocking the signal is there? I use my Motorola S9 HD headphones with my X and I don't have this problem. Sometimes if I am carrying the X in my pocket, it will cut out because my body is blocking the signal.

I have a s9 headset that I haven't tried to use since up updating to froyo. How do you use it with pandora? I had a BB and it had worked fine then.

You have had this same exact issue with multiple Droid X's?

There is one common thing that has not changed... the sd card.

Have you tried using a different sd card while pairing with bluetooth?

Try it out and see what happens, it just seems like too much of a coincidence.

Ah, nevermind... I ignored certain parts of your post... the 3G/pandora part and the use of the audio jack part...

If you've replaced multiple phones for the same thing, it's not the phone. Have you tried using other music playing apps? It's possible that android phones just don't do this particular thing very well with bluetooth. I keep trying to use mine as a jet-pack, but it never takes off...oh well.

I am not sure what you mean by how do I use it with pandora. I just use it. I have never had an problems using it with pandora or any other application. I just pair them and I'm good to go.

I am using the s9 for my rooted Xoom and stock X. Both work perfectly. The s9 works with my Xoom, but the eq7 will not connect with my Xoom. Works with the x, pairs with the Xoom, it even looks as though it is connected on the eq7. Works with Xoom with cable, just not Bluetooth. Please help.

I use the S9 hd and it will always cut out. Strange thing is that its much worse outside. The best solution is to get an armband for the X to get it closer to the headphone. Even with the armband if I turn my head a certain way it can still cut out. I still love the motorola S9HD, use it every day.
