my name is Sean, my neice has the samsung and she is having problems with the e-mail. She sent this to me today:
when I first got my email and you set it up for me and all that, I learned how to change the ringtone's and the vibration (if I happened to be sleeping, so the ringtone won't wake me up) But now it won't even vibrate or ring when I get an e mail. If "I" sent an email to myself. Typed in my address ect and then send it to myself, a message will pop up on my screen saying I have recieved a new message, but that doesn't work when someone else sends something to me.
Can someone give me some steps to help her correct this problem.
