E-mail problem.PLEASE HELP

Hello, I entered an email address in standard mail program and address of the phone and the PC that I have and I do not retain emails on the phone after seeing an email the next day I disappear but the PC I tried to ramane.Am POP3 and IMAP and do nothing, I have given every 30 days to keep them and do the fel.How can solve the problem?

so you are using the samsung email app right? white envelope with a red sign.
what email provider? as in gmail, yahoo, exchange?

Yes i use Samsung email app and use Exchange acount

go to settings - accounts - add account - select microsoft exchange and add the account.
