Ear piece not working lg k7

I can only hear when i use headphone or speakerphone

Welcome to Android Central! The earpiece speaker is probably broken. Check to make sure the speaker opening isn't blocked by any debris -- if it's clean, then you'll have to bring the phone to a repair shop for repair (or contact LG if it's still under warranty).
