Ear piece speaker died!

So yesterday my Bionics ear piece somehow just stopped working. I was getting of work yesterday and went to make a call and it just set there. The call went through but i could not not hear anything. I then get a text from my gf whom i was calling and she said she could hear me just fine. I then did a couple battery pulls and still nothing, I tried the speaker phone and wouldn't you know it.... it works. Phone never got wet or dropped!! Any ideas? I'm on a business trip and get back this evening. I'm gonna head right over to Verizon and see what they can do. Ive had my Bionic since release day with no other issues!
