Ear Speaker problem

Had anyone had problem with not being able to hear through ear speaker when in call? And had anyone found a fix for it? Thanks

Is there no sound playing at all, or does it just sound muffled? Does it sound normal if you turn on speakerphone?

First thing I would check if the ear piece is free from debris , it's pretty small and can get dirty quickly, safe mode would be next option and device care has a diagnostic tool to test the ear piece.

Speaker volume is fine. Headset, fine. It's not muffled. It's just not loud enough.

one option is to visit authorized repair center and ask for a checkup on the speakers
