Earbuds and headphones not working on my Samsung Galaxy 5, how can I get them working?

Earbuds and headphones not working in my samsung galaxy 5

Every pair of headphones and earbuds I try will not work unless I twist the jack around until I hear sound. Is is the phone? I've trying blowing in the hole and cleaning the jacks but nothing works.
