I have a Samsung Galaxy S6, when using the earbuds that came with the phone or any other earbuds with a mic, they stop working when I'm on a call. This is what is going on.
When I'm on a call using the earbuds, they work great. They only stop working when i get a another call coming in. Even when I don't answer the call it will still make my current call go hollow, like in other words sounds like the current call is still connected but I can't hear them, but they can hear me. I know it is not a earbud issue because this does the same thing with all the samsung S6 we have tried them with. Any body else having this issue?
