If you have the Evo LTE welcome to the world of being a beta tester. Thanks to the great thing of having internet access most anywhere you go you also get stuck with half finished products with promises to be fixed later on...again thanks to internet being almost everywhere. I myself am used to it as they've been doing this to PC gamers for years. If companies didn't have the ability to make OTA updates and if people didn't have to have things as soon as they came out products would be closer to actually being completed when they are released. But this is not the case. I mean the phone just came out and as with any new tech there will be issues....either deal with the lack of wind in your sails and have faith or jump ship.
