Earpiece Rattle/Crack

Anyone have an issue with their earpiece that rattles or cracks when in a phone call? It sounds as if it's busted. It gets worse as you increase volume of course. I have to drop the volume low to keep it from making the noise when in a call. The demo unit I tried at Verizon didn't do it.

I setup an exchange. Took nearly an hour...:-( We had a bit of a language barrier going on.
