Easiest way to keep Xoom synced with phone?

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what the best way (if possible) is to keep files synced between my Xoom and my Droid Incredible? For example, if I have a a game that I start playing on my Xoom then want to continue where I left off, on my Incredible. Any easy way to sync folders?
