Easy Backup & Restore Problem

I downloaded EB&R and everything went smoothly on the backup. When it finished I checked the exported bookmarks and only had 2 in there.

I have over a hundred on my phone stored in "My Device" not in "Samsung Account". I did try another app before using EB&R and it also
only showed two bookmarks.

What do I need to do to rectify this problem?

I just tried Super Backup and it gives me the same results. Just a few bookmarks backed up.

If you're talking about browser bookmarks, use the browser's native backup method.

Read the reviews. On some phones, some functions work great, on other phones, other functions don't work at all. An app that does all things on all phones usually doesn't. Back up your apps using an app backup app (like App Backup & Restore). Back up your bookmarks using the native bookmark backup. Back up your apps' data using a data backup app.

How do I use the native bookmark backup to do this. I have looked everywhere for this.
Was hoping there was something like exporting conracts.

I figured out it is only picking up bookmarks from Chrome and I use nothing but the standard samsung browser.

I finally found a backup app that does what I want. MyBackup on the Play Store
