Hi, i'm hoping someone can help,
while trying to sync using the 'easy phone sync' app for the samsung it asks 'do you want to remove these tracks' and shows a list of tracks,
it then asks to choose yes or no by ticking a box and then asks to press continue, i always choose no, as i do not want these tracks which are mainly podcast tracks. i then press continue and it ENDS the sync without adding the album of which i have just downloaded to itunes.
could someone help please but explain it in a very easy and simple way, as i'm not tech minded.
