easy way to switch roms?

is there an easy way to switch between roms without having to lose all my apps and things? i've been running cyanogen with forkup's hero theme and have it all setup with my apps etc but wanna try a new one but don't wanna have to take another hour+ downloading and setting up all my apps so is there an easier way?

I use titanium to restore my apps works wonders.

Does it keep your settings? Example sportstap does my fav teams alerts will I have to input those again?

its perfect not only does it restore my apps but it does it through market so i'll still get updates and it puts them on my home screens like i had sweet thanks man!
